Returns
A notification to Unbeatable Bathrooms must be made within 30 days of receipt of your goods, in writing via email to info@unbeatablebathrooms.co.uk and fully outlining the relevant issue/cause for the requirement to return the said goods.

We ordered a shower tray \ base - after a week, I rang them to ask for an update, I eventually got through to Adam, he couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately we needed the base in a hurry, after investigation Adam told us that ROCA weren't dispatching for weeks, we couldn't wait that long - Adam sorted us out a refund right there and then! We ordered and paid for a Geberit part in May 2024. Adam was extremely helpful in helping our selection of the product, but had to order the part in direct from Geberit.
