Our estimated delivery timescale is 2-5 working days. This timescale may vary depending on the goods ordered.

We offer Free Delivery* to most of the UK. Our free delivery includes UK mainland only - excluding Scotland. For delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic Of Ireland, Scotland, and surrounding islands within the UK, delivery charges will be applied at checkout prior to purchase. This price may vary based on goods ordered and customer location.

For all other Overseas Countries, we always aim to accommodate any customer requirement. Please contact us either via phone or email at info@unbeatablebathrooms.co.uk to discuss each order prior to placing.

Once goods have been purchased, you will receive a confirmation email thanking you for your order. You'll then be notified by one of our couriers on an estimated arrival date and time. If you require additional information, or if your order hasn't arrived, please contact us either via phone on 01782 636245, or email us at info@unbeatablebathrooms.co.uk.

National / UK Deliveries: A notification to Unbeatable Bathrooms must be made within 30 days after receiving the receipt for your goods, in writing via email to info@unbeatablebathrooms.co.uk and fully outlining the relevant issue/cause for the requirement to return the said goods.

Returning Fragile Items: To ensure large or fragile goods are transported safely and securely, we encourage delivering said goods using a pallet. Once we receive the goods, we will then provide a refund. If fragile goods (such as ceramics) are damaged in transit while being returned, these items may not be covered depending on the courier's policies. Please check this with your chosen courier.

Please note, we are only able to refund costs where goods are supplied to the customer in a faulty or damaged condition.
