The wireless remote control is a great addition to your Optic Q Smart shower. The control can be used from up to 10 metres away from the product’s smart valve and because it’s wireless, there is no need for any disruptive installation work. The wireless remote features a one touch, push button control and has a 'warm and ready' indicator. We ordered a shower tray \ base - after a week, I rang them to ask for an update, I eventually got through to Adam, he couldn't have been more helpful. Unfortunately we needed the base in a hurry, after investigation Adam told us that ROCA weren't dispatching for weeks, we couldn't wait that long - Adam sorted us out a refund right there and then!
