Unfortunately we needed the base in a hurry, after investigation Adam told us that ROCA weren't dispatching for weeks, we couldn't wait that long - Adam sorted us out a refund right there and then! We ordered and paid for a Geberit part in May 2024. Adam was extremely helpful in helping our selection of the product, but had to order the part in direct from Geberit.
